History

Eurocoin is the leading independent supplier of products for the amusement and gaming industries, employing 55 people and generating sales of $30 million per annum.

The company was founded in 1973 by Tom Veitch. His two sons, Colin and Nick Veitch joined the company in 1984. They have directed the business for the last 20 years, delivering tremendous growth and diversity, supported by an experienced Senior Management Team of five Divisional Directors/Managers.

Eurocoin offers sales, service and support across Europe, Middle East & Africa from its UK headquarters in London, and via a network of international sales persons and distributors.


The Business

Eurocoin operates in three main business sectors across EMEA:

1) Service, Sales & Support for Gaming Machine Operators

Employing 25 full-time bench and field engineers, our dedicated service division - E-Service – repairs, services or upgrades more than 50,000 faulty components every year. The Division holds service rights for many leading international brands, and offers a high-speed turn around on all client service and post-warranty returns.

E-Service additionally supplies a product range that includes thousands of items for operators of coin-operated machines, ranging from consumables such as lamps, push-buttons etc to larger components such as monitors, Touchscreens, coin mechanisms and note acceptors. The company provides a fast reliable service with same day dispatch for all stock items.

 

2) Sales to Gaming Original Equipment Manufacturers

 

Eurocoin supplies and supports thousands of high-quality components across EMEA for use in the construction of new games. The company has an extensive portfolio of the gaming industry's leading brands, and works directly with international original equipment manufacturers [OEMs] to introduce and integrate these components into their host machines. We additionally offer comprehensive technical support of the wide range of products we distribute, with a strong online and telephone Helpdesk service

3) Sales to Casino Operators

Many of these relationships date back over 20 years, and almost all manufacturers have chosen to supply into Europe, Middle East & Africa exclusively through Eurocoin.
