The Business

Eurocoin operates in three main business sectors across EMEA:

1) Service, Sales & Support for Gaming Machine Operators

Employing 25 full-time bench and field engineers, our dedicated service division - E-Service – repairs, services or upgrades more than 50,000 faulty components every year. The Division holds service rights for many leading international brands, and offers a high-speed turn around on all client service and post-warranty returns.

E-Service additionally supplies a product range that includes thousands of items for operators of coin-operated machines, ranging from consumables such as lamps, push-buttons etc to larger components such as monitors, Touchscreens, coin mechanisms and note acceptors. The company provides a fast reliable service with same day dispatch for all stock items.

 

2) Sales to Gaming Original Equipment Manufacturers

 

Eurocoin supplies and supports thousands of high-quality components across EMEA for use in the construction of new games. The company has an extensive portfolio of the gaming industry's leading brands, and works directly with international original equipment manufacturers [OEMs] to introduce and integrate these components into their host machines. We additionally offer comprehensive technical support of the wide range of products we distribute, with a strong online and telephone Helpdesk service

 

3) Sales to Casino Operators

Our Casino Division is a highly experienced, well-respected sales team that has more than 20 years of experience dealing with all the major casino operators in EMEA. The Casino Division has an enviable reputation for launching new, technically sophisticated hardware products at casino operations. Their successes directly impact our new component sales’wins’ in Eurocoin’s OEM Sales Division –generating end-user ‘Pull Through’ demand that Eurocoin then satisfies via OEM sales.

Eurocoin is the largest supplier of casino currency - gaming tokens, thermal tickets and casino chips - in EMEA. Additionally, we offer a broad range of spare parts, consumables and security products, all of which are consolidated under our branded ‘Casino Collection'.

4) Sales to Non-Gaming OEMs

Eurocoin has successfully diversified its product line to address the requirements of the new generation of kiosk and terminal manufacturers. Typically built to premium technical standards, these modern machines incorporate the latest developments in bar-code scanning, touch screens and ticket printing , plus offer payment transaction hardware of the highest quality and security standards.

Eurocoin’s Kiosk Division is an authorized distributor for leading world hardware brands in this sector including Motorola and 3M Touch Systems.
