Delivery: 

Orders received Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 3 working days.
Note: Working day delivery refers to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland Monday - Friday only.

An email will be sent when your goods have been dispatched, along with tracking details, so please 
ensure
the email address you enter is accurate. Due to the increased use of Anti-Spam and Firewall software our email may struggle to get through. If you have not received any email confirming your order or confirmation of dispatch kindly email sales@eurocoin.co.uk

Non-EU country orders may take slightly longer to dispatch to allow for the preparation of courier and customs documentation. EU country orders are generally delivered within five days from despatch and other International Non-EU country orders are generally delivered within ten days. Sorry, we can not
deliver to BFPO addresses.

Shipping and Handling:

Deliveries are sent by a 48-hour courier service in Great Britain - they do NOT deliver on Saturdays or Bank Holidays. We endeavor to same-day ship any orders placed and processed before 3pm on a working day. A signature is required upon delivery which can be anytime from 8:00 am to 5:30pm. You may specify different invoicing and delivery addresses (important: see "orderingfor conditions). We do not use Royal Mail. Use of Couriers ensures speedy and secure delivery of order.

Courier Charges:H.

Note: If you do not select the correct shipping zone, we will hold back your order until full payment for shipping has been received. 

 
We do not profit from the carriage element, only charging at-cost pricing

If your order is bulky or heavy, the couriers may add a surcharge in which case we will contact you for the difference in cost or the option to cancel. Alternatively, please email for a delivery estimate.

Back Orders:

If your item is not in stock, we will back-order it for you - that means we'll wait until it is in stock and then send it out. You will always be emailed if a product is likely to be out of stock for more than a week and given the option  to cancel.

Paying for goods over the telephone:

We accept payments over the telephone, but we can only deliver to the billing address.

Collecting goods from the warehouse:

Anyone wishes to collect goods may only do so if they pay on our terminal with Chip & Pin - Please note ID is required to confirm they are the card holder.   

Returns:

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please email sales@eurocoin.co.uk *within 12 hours* of placing your order. Non-personalized goods only may also be returned within seven days of receipt for any reason providing they are in re-saleable condition (you will still need to pay the full carriage costs which may  be more than the carriage element of your order - proof of cost can be provided if necessary).
 
Before returning your goods, please email sales@eurocoin.co.uk to obtain a returns number. Your card will be credited within two days of us receiving the goods to allow us time to inspect them. However, banks sometimes process credits in a different manner from debits and they may take a time to show on your statement. Your statutory rights are not affected in any way.
