E-Service has been appointed as an Authorised Service Centre by JCM Global for the amusement and gaming sector in Ireland

The new appointment additionally enables E-Service to provide service and technical support for all JCM bill validators across Europe from their offices in UK, Poland, Romania and Spain.

“We are very pleased that JCM have recognised the quality and efficiency of our service operation” commented E-Service Sales Director Mike Clokie.  “We are now working closely with JCM Global to ensure we can extend fast and efficient service, spares and support across the range of JCM note acceptor products throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe”

All Irish amusement and gaming customers of E-Service who are currently operating JCM note acceptor products are now able to contact E-Service directly to purchase spare parts or to return units for service, repair or upgrade.

Three service engineers from E-Service were recently trained and accredited in Germany at the JCM factory which further endorses E-Services’ commitment to JCM, and their technical ability to service the JCM range of products.
