Epicentral™ allows the casino operator to produce promotional marketing coupons and distribute them via slot machines in realtime.
The Epicentral™ marketing system works entirely separately from the casino slot accounting system, and any Epic 950 printer can be upgraded to be Epicentral™ compatible with the straightforward addition of a ServerPort™ – a simple plug-in device.
The ServerPort™ holds the slot machine IP address, allowing it to be tied to the machine itself and therefore unaffected by change or removal of the printer. The Epicentral Server Manager™ is loaded with the individual IP addresses, allowing real-time player tracking at each separate machine, and either targeted or blanket marketing to be sent directly to the players.
Epicentral™ and ServerPort™ allow printers to be multifunctional and flexible, connecting them to the promotional marketing systems operated by the casino management. Campaigns and promotions can be delivered directly to players, along with coupons, offers and rewards, providing incentive to remain in the casino.
