Press release July 2006E-SERVICE PRESS RELEASE July 2006
Our spares and component sales to UK operators are one of the fastest growing sectors of our business in 2006, and we expect this trend to continue well into 2007 is the positive summary from Eurocoins Sales Director Colin Veitch.
Veitch went on to explain Our dedicated spares and service division, E-Service, has rapidly grown into a team of dedicated and customer-focussed people, who have a range of products that UK machine operators actually need. Under Mike Clokie's leadership, E-Service is fast becoming the spares supplier of choice for major UK accounts.
The E-Service product portfolio contains a compelling cross-section of gaming machine components and spares that reflects the ever-changing nature of the UK industry.
AWPs remain at the backbone of the UK industry, and dedicated spares for these machines are high on the priority list of arcades and single-site users alike. E-Service were appointed as the exclusive spares supplier for industry leading brands JPM and Global Games in 2005, and have recently added the Maygay spare parts range in a new commercial agreement with brand owner Revolution Entertainment. This now allows time-pressured UK operators the opportunity to place orders for dedicated parts, glass and decals, plus advance replacement items quickly and efficiently with the E-Service sales team for all three of these famous AWP brands.
However, whilst supporting the traditional AWP product lines, E-Service is uniquely positioned to assist UK operating clients with spares and service across their new range of digital products, currently flooding onto their estates. Eurocoin is obviously at the forefront of component supply to game manufacturers across Europe pointed out Mike Clokie "It is a fantastic advantage for the E-Service team to be able to talk knowledgably about the latest digital equipment, when very often we have actually been involved in the supply of the TFTs, 3M touch screens, bill acceptors or ticket printers to the game builder in the first place"
This seamless approach to the marketplace supplying the latest technical core components to the manufacturers, and then assisting operators with support, backup, spares and service when these same machines arrive on sites is almost unique in Europe, and a source of strength at Eurocoin.
Our new website at www.eurocoin.co.uk is a perfect illustration of how we are trying to put customer service first at Eurocoin added Veitch. UK Operators can not only order their Global Games and JPM parts, but find exploded parts drawings, software downloads and manuals for all our major components, 24 hours a day?
However, there is no complacency at E-Service, as Director Mike Clokie is quick to point out. We have added hundreds of new product lines to our range in the last 12 months, doubled the number of service engineers we have in the business, and made literally thousands of deliveries to our UK client base. We are continually tracking, with the help of our clients, how we are doing on key factors such as same-day delivery and reliability. We are determined to be the best in the industry at servicing the requirements of the modern machine operator.
